1. Agreement to Terms

2. Advisory & Executive Search Services

Bivector Global provides GTM strategy consulting, executive hiring architecture, and 1-on-1 founder coaching. Specific client engagements are governed by executed Statement of Work (SOW) or Master Services Agreements (MSA). In the event of a conflict between these website Terms and a master client agreement, the terms of the master client agreement shall prevail.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, frameworks, methodologies, design systems, vector diagnostic tools, articles, graphics, and code on bivectorglobal.com are the exclusive intellectual property of Bivector Global LLC and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and proprietary rights laws.
